Babolat Viper Technical APT 2022

Babolat's new Viper series for 2022 is here, each rack is designed with Smoke Effect which makes each rack completely unique! The difference with this model compared to the previous is the design as Babolat now is the official sponsor of the Paddle Tour APT.

This model is designed for the player with aggressive, offensive and powerful blows where Smash is the ultimate weapon. Viper Technical delivers with its design an incredibly explosive speed that allows the player to dominate the track with heavy overhead battles.

Viper Technical's core is made up of Babolat X-EVA Technology. Three different layers of Eva together give a perfect effect. The two rigid outer layers give extra speed at hard strokes, while a softer inner layer provides increased margin of error and comfort on looser strokes.

100% carbon hit surface consisting of 12k carbon, perfectly adapted for the shape of the racket for delivering explosiveness and a surprisingly controlled touch.

The grooved surface combined with a sandpaper surface, 3D spin+, provides maximum grip and spin on the ball so that the player can put additional pressure on the opponent.

With new Vibrasorb system, each stroke gets an extended comfort. This vibration system is integrated into the racket neck above the handle and reduces the vibrations that arise in each stroke. The result is an extended comfort and a reduced risk of injury such as tennis elbow.

Like previous models from Babolat, Viper Technical is designed with HPS-Technology. Hole Pattern system provides more speed and control because the drilled holes in the racket are adapted to the shape of the racket and sweetspot. This gives more power in the blows for more speed and more grip on the ball for extended spin.
