Use: We recommend a consumption of about 2-3 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight and day via protein-rich foods and high quality supplements.
Mix one serving of One Whey® (1 scoop, 30 grams) with 2-3 dl of water, milk or other favorite drink. The taste intensity varies depending on the amount of liquid. For a richer taste with more fullness and sweetness, mix a scoop with 2-3 dl liquid. For a less sweet and milder taste, mix a scoop with 3-4 dl liquid. Use three portions daily for best effect, preferably for breakfast, snacks and after exercise.
Shaker: The easy way to always have your protein available. Mix a portion of One Whey® with water, milk or other favorite drinks according to the above recommendations and shake for 25-30 seconds. Mixer: Add a portion of One Whey® to 2-3 dl of water, milk or other favorite drinks. Mix for 20-30 seconds. Add 3-4 ice cubes and mix another 20 seconds or until the desired consistency is achieved.
