Reebok Bike GB40s has everything that an exercise may wish for home training. The flywheel weight is of great importance for your experience of an exercise cycle. The heavier wheels, the more power it is needed to get it around. A heavy wheel also provides a more sliding bicycle experience. With a Reebok GB40s you get both a heavy flywheel and light pedals which gives a very nice bicycle feeling.

The bike comes with 32 resistance levels. The higher the resistance, the heavier the cycling is, and the more impact the workout has on your fitness and
Muscle strength. Interval training is ideally suited to this cycle, as it is easy and quick to change intensiveness. The GB40S has 12 preset programs which gives variation in training. In addition to a user program, it is also possible to set three different training goals; distance, calorie consumption or time. Other programs available are test of power, pulse and recovery. Remember to drink during exercise, a fluid barrel is conveniently placed on the bike.


The 5.5 inch screen shows easy and clear all data; Speed, time, distance, calorie combustion (guiding), pulse, power and lap per minute. The pulse is measured through the handlebars through sensors. The comfortable saddle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally, at a height between 65 - 98 cm. The bike is mounted with adjustment screws so that it is stable on the floor. The bike is still easy to move around the home by leaning it against the handlebars.
