Orders that come in to us by noon. 10:00 is delivered from our warehouse on the same day and usually reaches your agent already the next weekday (with the exception of individual order goods, which you are informed about on the product page).
We want to give you great choice regarding delivery and therefore offer several different delivery options as below.
2.1 DHL Service Point (delivery within 1-2 days)
Your order will be sent to your nearest DHL representative and you will be announced via SMS. When picking up the shipment, a valid ID document must be presented. The shipment comes to the nearest DHL representative within your postal code area (eg a gas station/ICA store).
2.2 DHL home delivery with receipt (Delivery within 1-2 days)
With DHL home delivery with receipt, your order will be delivered to the address you stated. DHL will contact you to agree on an approximate time when delivery can take place. You must then be in place this time to receive and acknowledge the delivery. The driver calls you when the delivery is over. Please note that delivery takes place on the ground floor. Thus, the driver does not go up in a floor house or the like, which is why you have to come out and meet the driver. If you are not in place at the agreed time and the driver must come back, an extra drive fee is charged of SEK 150 for each extra drive.
